Post bankrupcy Dana

This will be my last post.  I gave Dana 45 years of dedicated service and am now totally finished with them.
I watched iDana being run into the ground by incompetent people, "directors, plant managers and division managers, most of whom, left before the problem they created hit.
Now that they are out of bankrupcy business SHOULD improve.  But that is a BIGGGGG "SHOULD" because they had to re-negiotate contracts and raise prices, while their competiton was standing tall, making profits, and planning their strategy to take away their business.
The most sad item left is that most, if not all, of the older incompetent managers, most of whom where "trained" in-house, are gone and new managers are taking control.
The most unfortunate thing....many thousands of very dedicated, lower management people. were hurt and the causes of the problem, Woody and the division managers who "cooked the books" have gotten off scot-free.
I hope they are proud of themselves.
