New Court Action

I read in the Toledo Blade(Dec. 20, 2008 article) where the litagation against Burns and Richter for misleading shareholders that was originally
dismisssed by judge James Carr in August 2007 has been reopened by the U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati.
Does anyone have any information on who we can contact to inquire about this case and maybe others that might give us hope of recovering some of our lost retirement savings lost through Dana stock purchases?
