Combinations of factors such as these can cause more stress, anger, fear, or despair than an individual may be able to handle in a manner less harmful and more appropriate than violence.
Dana took the appropiate action by dismissing this person and I hope the person in question seeks help in dealing with his bitterness towards the company. Perhaps he could plead his case as being mentaly disabled and the company could recind their decision and allow him to retire. In any rate, I wish him well!

HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY THIS ?
Well today is two years ago, Since i left the employment from DANA HOLDING CORP AUBURN HILLS,MI As i write on you will see my point why ! With a surprise i was told to report to the meeting room upstairs, this was aug 1 2007 at 2:15 pm, When i came to the door (BRIANMANOFGOD) BRIAN B-----, Was coming out laughing, So i when thru door, Greeted By two auburn hills police officers on each side !
I was told by the plant manager i must leave the company property and hand in my swipe card, Never was told the reason why that day, I was escorted out of the building by the police officers, To a bigger sursrises five police cars was surrounding my vehicle, Officers standing beside the cars! I was told by one of the police officer to leave the dana property, Don't return, if you return you will go to jail ! Now we started where I'M going with this, I was reading this from (BRIANMANOFGOD) title called WORKPLACE VIOLENCE POTENTIAL This explained why BRIAN was in the meeting room, The film he is talking about i never owned, never carried it around the plant, I believed it was release in early 90"s I may have saw it many years ago don't stick in my mind,this is the reason why i was escorted out of the building by the union president few weeks later, i told him that i'm innocense, offer to take a polygragh tests and was refused by the union, Arbitration would take six to nine months, union told me that youy will lose, The company and union wouldn't listen to my facts ! NOTE : this happen since i left two years ago BRIAN has been walked out out twice for threaten employee's , But never losed this job,Now I'M going to share this about a very dangerous female working at AUBURN HILLS how she can save her job every time ! I was threaten by her many times, i step out of her way when she try to strabbed me !! I filed a complaints with the company it was never look at, I final find out why<, This came from a employee who new her well, The warning was be careful around her, she can have you fired !!! This same employee was attack by her, rip this shirt off this back, stabbed him many times, This happen just before i was escorted out of the building, nothing was done to her, Managerment fail to called the police in, to have her areested and put in jail, and still has her job today, A----A W------S She would disappear for hour or so, you would see her going upstairs to the offices and the lights would go off !! or go out the door to the parking lot ! My final statement about who called the police in, Ireceived a e-mail from a employee who talk with MIS JOY-- W---E who i filed complaints against many times and was cover up by managerment, BRIAN B. A----- W, MIS JOY-- W are treaten as special employee's  |
i would like to thank the author of this fine piece about WORKPLACE VIOLENCE POTENTIAL (brianmanofgod,brian butler ) who must live this stuff, i know this girl friend love to stab employee's !! |

Three years ago today at 2:15 PM AUG 1,2007 I was escorted out of the building by TWO AUBURN HILLS,MI POLICEMEN. I never knew why! But next day find out by reading this posting by BRIANMANOFGOD, He aws in managerment at that time. Help have me fired over this false changes. A DVD movie which i never owned or carryed in my hand, Be we start worked for DANA CORP "1963-2007" = 44 YEARS. dO YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN BE FIRED FOR NO GOOD REASON. " check your state employers laws" it is the truth in the STATE OF MICHIGAM Your union musy help you to get your job back. My UNION PRESIDENT of the UAW LOCAL 771 told me that I"M GUILTY AND SUSPECT ! I ask for a polygragh tests ! Refused by the UNION PRESIDENT, Next asked for a arbitrator , Told it will take six to nine months, UNION PRESIDENT AND THE REP'S told me you will lose, We willn't fight for your job back . Now i have enter my final point ! At the sametime this happen with me. A employee was ASSAULTED by a other employee who rip this umiform and STAB him repeatly the employee was of work for this injury's for sometime, The AUBURN HILLS policemen was never called in !!!! ACCUSER still working at AUBURN HILLS PLANT " " NEVER LOST IT JOB" |
