| Stay tuned everybody youll get a chance to see how well people can organize. Now two unions are here Ha ha the people organising cant even get along with each other and they dont even know what they want. If people think this is going to give them a voice. They are wrong How did they do for Molsons, General tire,Volkswagon,Allied wheels, All big empty buildings in this town now. There is no solidarity everybody is in it for themselves Just like the UAW |

Either way Dana is gonna abuse it's people and possibly close your building to so with that said something is better than nothing. In my location if we didn't have the Union we would have suffered the same cuts that my supervisors and low level management took. So for what it's worth vote it in and hope for the best. If you all have issues with each other be the bigger man or women and make good with everyone on your sh*t list. Good Luck _________________ I would like to talk to other Dana employees from any facility within the U.S. and Canada. You may contact me via my e-mail or PM. |

| I hope for your sake, you people in Canada check before you vote to see just how and why the CAW came to be. As I remember they formed the CAW because theCanadains were getting fed up with the UAW during contract talks. The UAW at that time was screwing the people who paid dues and worked in the canada plants of the big three. It isn't that many years ago that the CAW formed and pulled away from the UAW and trust me , they had a good reason for taking this action, CHECK IT OUT |

"Now two unions are here Ha ha..." You know I get kind of tired of people saying, "This won't work, just wait and see...". Our Brothers and Sisters in the Steelworkers and the UAW, and at Ft.Wayne/Dana specifically, have seen where concessions and trying to work with the Company has gotten us. Over $30 million in concessions = 1700 employees down to 450.
Now we are going to try something different-SOLIDARITY! Will we win? Maybe not, but if we go down, we'll take them down with us!! |

| Although the no vote prevailed, there was a large amount of yes votes so lets hope Management learns from this and doesn't drive a wedge between the two - doing so will not benefit anyone. 39% is hardly a voice you can just ignore and hope will go away. |

That was 30 years ago and things ahve changed in a big way. The CAW had some power years ago when the CND dollar was weak now look at there plants. There are none!
The big 3 in canada just shut down Crysler and GM is next to go. The CAW and there no consession policy are through.
Dana is an American company operating in canada and we need a voice across the boarder bottom line |
